[摘要]為得到高溫后不同沙漠砂替代率砂漿單軸受壓力學(xué)性能,設(shè)置目標(biāo)溫度分別為100,200,300,500,700℃,對高溫后不同沙漠砂替代率砂漿進(jìn)行單軸受壓試驗(yàn),得到應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,分析溫度和沙漠砂替代率對砂漿峰值應(yīng)力、峰值應(yīng)變、彈性模量、泊松比和質(zhì)量損失率的影響,建立高溫后不同沙漠砂替代率砂漿單參數(shù)受壓本構(gòu)方程。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著溫度的升高,不同沙漠砂替代率砂漿表面顏色均經(jīng)歷灰色→泛紅→發(fā)白的變化過程;隨著沙漠砂替代率增加,經(jīng)歷不同溫度后砂漿的峰值應(yīng)力和彈性模量均呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小的變化趨勢,沙漠砂替代率為40%時(shí)峰值應(yīng)力和彈性模量達(dá)到最大值;隨著溫度的升高,不同沙漠砂替代率砂漿泊松比呈現(xiàn)先降低后增大的變化趨勢。通過回歸分析,得到砂漿峰值應(yīng)力、峰值應(yīng)變、彈性模量、泊松比與溫度、沙漠砂替代率之間的關(guān)系方程,并建立高溫后不同沙漠砂替代率砂漿單參數(shù)受壓本構(gòu)方程,為配制沙漠砂混凝土以及沙漠砂混凝土的工程應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。

Study on the uni-axial compression performance of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates after elevated temperature

Abstract: In order to obtain the uni-axial compression performance of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates after elevated temperature, the target temperatures were set to 100, 200, 300, 500, 700℃ respectively. The uni-axial compression tests of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates after elevated temperature were carried out and the stress-strain curve was obtained. The effects of temperature and desert sand replacement rate on the compressive strength, peak strain, elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and mass loss rate of mortar were analyzed. A single-parameter compression constitutive equation of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates after elevated temperature was established. The test results show that the surface color of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates changes from gray, reddish and to whitening with the increase of temperature. With the increase of desert sand replacement rate, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of mortar after elevated temperature increase first, and then decrease. When the desert sand replacement rate is equal to 40%, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of mortar after elevated temperature reached the maximum value. With the increase of temperature, the Poisson's ratio of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates decreases first, and then increases. On the basis of regression analysis, the relationship between compressive strength, peak strain, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio of mortar and temperature, desert sand replacement rate was obtained. At the same time, the single-parameter compression constitutive equation of mortar with different desert sand replacement rates after elevated temperature was established, and provide reference for the preparation of desert sand concrete and desert sand concrete engineering applications.
