[摘要]橡膠混凝土在低溫下的力學(xué)性能與常溫相比有較大差異。為研究橡膠混凝土低溫下的力學(xué)性能,使用粒徑為5~10目的橡膠顆粒等體積代替砂,配制了水膠比為0.35,0.40,0.45,橡膠摻量分別為0%,10%,20%,30%的橡膠混凝土。通過(guò)對(duì)比低溫-30℃和常溫20℃下橡膠混凝土力學(xué)性能的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析低溫-30℃下橡膠混凝土軸心抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度及應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線等隨水膠比及橡膠摻量的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:低溫下,橡膠混凝土力學(xué)性能和變形能力較常溫相比均有所提高,水膠比越大,提高幅度越大;低溫下,橡膠混凝土應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線的變化趨勢(shì)與常溫基本一致,但其應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變都有較大幅度提高;低溫下,隨著橡膠摻量的增加,橡膠混凝土折壓比逐漸增大,橡膠混凝土的脆性得到改善,延性明顯增強(qiáng)。

Experimental study on axial compressive and flexural properties of rubber concrete at low temperature

Abstract: The mechanical properties of rubber concrete at low temperature are quite different from those at normal temperature. In order to study the mechanical properties of rubber concrete at low temperature, rubber particles with the size of 5~10 mesh were used instead of sand. The rubber concrete with the water rubber ratio of 0.35, 0.40 and 0.45 and the rubber content of 0%, 10%, 20% and 30% were prepared. By comparing the test results of mechanical properties of rubber concrete at -30℃ at low temperature and 20℃at normal temperature, the change rules of axial compressive strength, flexural strength and stress-strain curve of rubber concrete with water binder ratio and rubber content at -30℃ at low temperature were analyzed. The results show that at low temperature, the mechanical properties and deformation capacity of rubber concrete are improved compared with that at normal temperature, and the larger the water binder ratio is, the greater the improvement range is. At low temperature, the change trend of stress-strain curve of rubber concrete is basically the same as that of normal temperature, but the stress and strain of rubber concrete are greatly increased. At low temperature, with the increase of rubber content, the flexural compression ratio of rubber concrete increases gradually, and the brittleness and ductility of rubber concrete are improved.
