[摘要]基于某工程懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的加長方案,提出了增大截面、屋面吊掛、增設(shè)拉桿以及增設(shè)型鋼支撐這幾種加固方案,對比分析各加固方案后,最終選擇增設(shè)型鋼支撐這一組合加固方案。為研究加固節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能,采用ABAQUS軟件對節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行模擬加載,分析節(jié)點(diǎn)在設(shè)計(jì)荷載(1.3恒載+1.5活載)及1.2倍設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下的材料應(yīng)力及塑性應(yīng)變開展過程。結(jié)果表明,在設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下,節(jié)點(diǎn)的懸挑梁支座處出現(xiàn)了一定的塑性應(yīng)變,但并未隨荷載加大而繼續(xù)擴(kuò)展,說明加固后的節(jié)點(diǎn)具有足夠的承載力,能夠滿足改造后的建筑功能要求,組合加固法在該工程中是安全可行的。最后,對組合加固法在施工過程中的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),為后續(xù)改造工程提供參考。

Research on mechanical properties of compositely reinforced concrete cantilever beam by composite reinforcement method

Abstract: Based on the extension scheme of the cantilever structure in a project, several reinforcement schemes were proposed, such as increasing cross-section, roof hanging, adding steel tie rods and adding structural steel supports. After comparing and analyzing each reinforcement scheme, the combined reinforcement scheme of adding structural steel supports was finally chosen. In order to study the mechanical performance of the reinforced joints, ABAQUS software was used to simulate the loading of the joints and analyze the material stress and plastic strain development process of the joints under the design load (1.3 dead load +1.5 live load) and 1.2 times the design load. The results show that under the design load, a certain plastic strain appears at the cantilever beam support of the joint, but it does not continue to expand with the increase of the load, which indicates that the reinforced joint has enough bearing capacity to meet the functional requirements of the reconstruction building, and the combined reinforcement method is safe and feasible in this project. Finally, the key points and difficulties of the combined reinforcement method in the construction process were summarized to provide reference for subsequent reconstruction projects.
