變溫度場下CFRP布加固工字鋼梁疲勞性能研究*

[摘要]為研究濕熱環(huán)境下CFRP布加固工字鋼梁的加固效果,采用有限元軟件ABAQUS進(jìn)行了變溫度場下未加固、一層、三層和五層CFRP布加固工字鋼梁的數(shù)值模擬,得到了工字鋼梁的荷載-溫度曲線和疲勞壽命-溫度曲線,建立了CFRP布加固工字鋼梁的疲勞壽命預(yù)測模型。結(jié)果表明,CFRP布加固工字鋼梁的承載力和疲勞性能受溫度的影響,一層、三層、五層CFRP布加固工字鋼梁的疲勞壽命增強(qiáng)比例最大分別為157%,266%,370%,極限荷載增強(qiáng)比例最大分別為2.31%,5.53%,8.41%。

Study on fatigue performance of CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam under variable temperature field

Abstract: In order to study the reinforcement effect of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) cloth reinforced I-steel-beam under the humid and hot environment, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out the numerical simulation of the unreinforced, one-layer, three-layer and five-layer CFRP cloth CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam under variable temperature field. The load-temperature curve and fatigue life-temperature curve of the I-steel-beam were obtained, and the fatigue life prediction model of the CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam  was established. The results show that the bearing capacity and fatigue performance of CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam are affected by temperature, and the fatigue life enhancement ratios of  one-layer, three-layer and five-layer CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam are 157%, 266%, 370% respectively, the ultimate load enhancement ratio is 2.31%, 5.53%,8.41% respectively.
