[摘要]設計了3根錨焊U形鋼板加固的混凝土梁試件,并進行了四點彎曲加載試驗,獲得試件的破壞形態(tài)、荷載撓度曲線、鋼板和混凝土界面滑移情況以及各材料在加載過程中的應變發(fā)展情況,分析了加固梁的受力模式。采用有限元軟件ABAQUS分析配筋率、抗剪螺栓間距、抗屈曲螺栓數(shù)量和鋼板厚度對加固梁性能的影響特征和變化規(guī)律。試驗結果表明,錨焊U形鋼板加固混凝土梁的破壞模式屬于延性的彎曲破壞,且整體性良好。有限元分析結果表明,配筋率越高的構件,加固效果越差;增加翼緣抗剪螺栓間距、梁底抗剪螺栓間距和腹板抗屈曲螺栓數(shù)量可以限制鋼板的滑移和屈曲失穩(wěn),一定范圍內能增加梁的極限承載力;加固鋼板越厚,加固梁的剛度和承載力越大,并且鋼板厚度的不同對梁的屈服變形和極限變形均有一定的影響。

Study on flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with anchor welded U-shaped steel plate

Abstract: Three concrete beams strengthened with anchor welded U-shaped steel plates were designed to carried out four-point bending loading tests. The failure mode, load-deflection curve, slip of steel plate and concrete interface and the strain development of each material during loading were obtained, and the stress mode of the strengthened beams were analyzed. The finite element software ABAQUS was adopted to analyze the influence characteristics and change laws of the reinforcement ratio, shear bolt spacing, increasing of and the thickness of steel plate on the performance of strengthened beams. The test results show that the failure mode of concrete beam strengthened with anchor welded U-shaped steel plate belongs to ductile bending failure mode, and its integrity is good. The results of finite element analysis show that the higher the reinforcement ratio, the worse the reinforcement effect; increasing shear bolt spacing of flange and beam bottom and increasing the number of buckling bolts of web can limit the slip and buckling instability of steel plate, and increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam within a certain range. The thicker the strengthened steel plate is, the greater the rigidity and bearing capacity of the strengthened beam are, and the different thickness of the steel plate has certain influence on the yield deformation and ultimate deformation of the beam.
