［摘要］為滿足規(guī)劃道路通行要求，在不影響上部結(jié)構(gòu)使用功能的前提下，需對(duì)某項(xiàng)目已完工的裙房底層柱進(jìn)行托柱改造與加固；詳細(xì)介紹了改造方案和施工工藝，通過(guò)抽柱、新加轉(zhuǎn)換柱、新增預(yù)應(yīng)力箱形轉(zhuǎn)換梁、人字斜撐等加固措施實(shí)現(xiàn)了工程的改造加固；重點(diǎn)闡述了大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)托柱改造過(guò)程中沉降及構(gòu)件內(nèi)力的控制、上部荷載太大施工措施無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)托換時(shí)的抽柱轉(zhuǎn)換問(wèn)題，以及人字斜撐在加固改造中的應(yīng)用等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題。施工過(guò)程的監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明，改造過(guò)程中拆除既有柱后，梁、柱的內(nèi)力進(jìn)行了重分配，結(jié)構(gòu)的整體撓度變形很小，結(jié)構(gòu)的改造和加固是安全的。

Research on key problems of transformation of existing large-span structure supporting column

Abstract: In order to meet the traffic requirements of the planned road, under the premise of not affecting the use function of the superstructure, it was necessary to transform and reinforce the supporting column at the bottom layer of the completed podium of the project; the reconstruction plan and construction technology were introduced in detail, and the reconstruction and reinforcement of the project were realized through reinforcement measures such as pulling columns, adding transfer column, adding prestressed box-shaped transfer beam, herringbone inclined brace; the key technical problems, such as the settlement and the control of the internal forces of the members in the process of the transformation of the large-span structure supporting column, the problem of the transfer of the pulling column when the upper load is too large to achieve the transformation, and the application of  the herringbone inclined brace in the reinforcement and transformation, were emphatic expounded. The monitoring results of the construction show that the internal force of the beams and columns is redistributed after the demolition of the existing columns during the transformation, and the overall deflection of the structure is very small, so the reconstruction and reinforcement of the structure are safe.
