裝配式全預(yù)制沉箱及連接件力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為解決裝配式預(yù)制沉箱構(gòu)件出筋、定位、找平復(fù)雜等問(wèn)題,提出了一種可調(diào)豎向受力連接件和永久拉剪連接件,將其試用在全預(yù)制沉箱側(cè)壁與邊梁的連接上。通過(guò)對(duì)該全預(yù)制沉箱進(jìn)行四點(diǎn)加載試驗(yàn),探究該沉箱側(cè)壁與邊梁的連接性能及樓板的力學(xué)性能與破壞模式。完整記錄了全預(yù)制沉箱試件的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)裝配、連接件安裝、疊合梁二次澆筑、試驗(yàn)加載直至破壞的全過(guò)程。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,獲得該全預(yù)制沉箱與疊合梁的荷載-跨中位移曲線、連接件附近鋼筋的應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)、試件裂縫發(fā)展規(guī)律等,并通過(guò)規(guī)范對(duì)比探討試件的力學(xué)性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:試件從屈服到破壞發(fā)生了較大變形,延性良好;試件的最大極限承載力遠(yuǎn)大于衛(wèi)生間的設(shè)計(jì)荷載水準(zhǔn),具有足夠的安全儲(chǔ)備。試驗(yàn)結(jié)束以樓板的破壞為標(biāo)志,最終沉箱底板破壞為典型的雙向板破壞,此時(shí),疊合梁與連接件完好,證明該連接件安全、可靠。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of assembly prefabricated caissons and connectors

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of rebar sticks out of the specimen, positioning and leveling of prefabricated caisson components, an adjustable vertical force connection and permanent tension-shear connection was proposed to apply in the connections of side walls and side beams of the prefabricated caissons. Through the four-point loading test of the prefabricated caisson, the connection performance of the side wall and the side beam of the caissons and the mechanical properties and failure mode of the floor slab were explored. The entire process of on-site assembly of prefabricated caisson specimens, installation of connectors, secondary pouring of composite beams, test loading and failure was fully recorded. After the test, the load and mid-span displacement curve of the prefabricated caisson and the composite beam, the strain data of the reinforcing steel near the connection piece, the crack development law of the specimen were obtained. And the mechanical properties of the specimen were discussed through the comparison of specifications. The test results show that the specimen undergoes large deformation from yielding to failure, and has good ductility; its maximum ultimate bearing capacity is much greater than the design load level of the bathroom, and it has sufficient safety reserves. The end of the test is marked by the failure of the floor slab, and the final failure of the caisson bottom plate is a typical two-way slab failure. At this time, the laminated beam and the connector are intact, which proves that the connector is safe and reliable.
