[摘要]提出了一種應(yīng)用于裝配式多層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)水平接縫與豎向接縫的螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)。設(shè)計(jì)了4個(gè)分別帶有豎向與水平接縫連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的裝配式多層剪力墻試件,為了其結(jié)構(gòu)性能,試件的配筋率有所放松且未設(shè)置邊緣構(gòu)件。通過進(jìn)行抗震性能試驗(yàn),得到了螺栓連接裝配式多層剪力墻構(gòu)件的破壞模式,分析了其受力機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明,螺栓連接裝配式多層剪力墻受力特點(diǎn)與裝配整體式剪力墻區(qū)別較大。裝配式多層剪力墻試件破壞模式為水平接縫的彎曲破壞,初始剛度、承載力和延性可以滿足多層結(jié)構(gòu)的能力需求,但應(yīng)分別驗(yàn)算構(gòu)件和水平接縫的承載力;所有試件水平接縫未發(fā)生剪切破壞,帶有豎向接縫剪力墻的豎向接縫在層間位移角超過1/300后出現(xiàn)顯著滑移,各預(yù)制部分逐漸獨(dú)立受力,超過1/167后完全失效。建議螺栓連接的裝配式多層剪力墻在進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析時(shí),在小震作用下采用整體墻肢模型,在中震和大震作用下采用獨(dú)立墻肢模型。

Experimental study on seismic performance of precast low-rise concrete shear wall with bolt connection

Abstract: A bolt-connection applied to the vertical and horizontal joints’ connection was proposed for low-rise concrete shear wall structure. 4 bolt-connected precast low-rise shear wall specimens with vertical and horizontal joint were designed. In order to explorer the structural performance of precast low-rise shear wall, reinforcement ratio was reduced and confined boundary element was cancelled. Seismic test was carried out, the failure mode of the precast low-rise shear wall specimen was obtained and the force mechanism was analyzed. The research results show that the force characteristics of the precast low-rise shear wall structure are quite different from those of monolithic precast shear wall structure. The failure mode of the precast low-rise shear wall specimen is the flexural failure of the horizontal joint. The initial stiffness, bearing capacity and ductility can satisfy the structural requirements of low-rise buildings, but the bearing capacity of the component and the horizontal joint should be checked separately. The horizontal joints of all specimens kept in service under shear force, and the vertical joints of shear walls with vertical joints show significant slippage when the drift angle exceeded 1/300. Each precast part is gradually independent, and vertical joint completely fails after 1/167. It is suggested that in the structural analysis of the bolt-connected precast low-rise shear wall, the integral wall model should be adopted under frequent earthquakes, and the independent wall model should be adopted under middle earthquake and rare earthquakes.
