[摘要]成都中學(xué)路35號項(xiàng)目是帶薄弱連體的超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)總高度144.45m,總層數(shù)34層,單塔樓采用矩形鋼管混凝土框架-核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu),連體采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。基于項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)體系的比較,針對超限情況和連體結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),通過結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)控制實(shí)質(zhì)的探討及屈曲分析計(jì)算對結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)性能進(jìn)行考察,采用時(shí)程分析計(jì)算樓板應(yīng)力考察薄弱連接位置的樓板抗震性能。結(jié)果表明:采用強(qiáng)連接方案的結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)有較好的抗扭剛度,采用基于分層殼模型的時(shí)程分析法進(jìn)行樓板應(yīng)力分析的效果較好。

Seismic performance design of super high-rise structure with weak connection

Abstract:The project of No.35 Middle School Road in Chengdu is a super high-rise building structure with weak connection. The total height of the structure is 144.45m, and the total number of floors is 34 floors. The single tower adopts a rectangular steel tube concrete frame-core tube mixed structure, and the conjoined building is made of steel structure. Based on the comparison of project characteristics and structural systems, in view of the overrun conditions and the characteristics of the conjoined structure, the torsion performance of the structure was investigated through the discussion of the structure torsion control essence and buckling analysis calculation. And the time history analysis was used to calculate the floor stress to investigate the seismic performance of weak connection position for floor slab. The results show that the overall design of the structure adopting the strong connection scheme meets the requirements of the specification, and the structure has good torsional rigidity. The time history analysis method based on the layered shell model has a better effect on the floor stress analysis.
