[摘要]東方國際商務(wù)中心主體結(jié)構(gòu)為復(fù)雜連體超限高層建筑,主要存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、多塔和連體復(fù)雜連接等超限項次。本工程兩側(cè)塔樓建筑平面布置差別較大,為減少雙塔間不協(xié)調(diào)的扭轉(zhuǎn)對連接體造成的不利影響,采取調(diào)整兩側(cè)塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)布置使其振動特性相近,并適當(dāng)增加塔樓的抗側(cè)剛度的措施。采用連接體與塔樓的剛性連接形式,設(shè)計時充分考慮其受力與構(gòu)造特點,增加連接體剛度,使其與兩側(cè)塔樓連為整體,協(xié)調(diào)兩側(cè)塔樓在外力作用下共同工作。采用有限元軟件對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了三水準(zhǔn)作用下的抗震性能分析,并對空間鋼托架連接體進(jìn)行了關(guān)鍵節(jié)點精細(xì)化有限元分析。通過抗震概念、性能化設(shè)計,采用合理的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和可靠的連體形式,主體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能可達(dá)到預(yù)期的設(shè)計目標(biāo)。

Seismic design of a complex over-limit high-rise connecting building structure of Dongfang International Business Center

Abstract: The main structure of Dongfang International Business Center is a high-rise building with complex connection. There are mainly over-limit items such as irregular torsion, discontinuous floor, multi towers with complex connection. The structural layout of the two towers on both sides of the project is quite different. In order to reduce the adverse effect of the uncoordinated torsion between the two towers on the connection, the structural layout of the towers on both sides should be adjusted to make their vibration characteristics similar, and the lateral stiffness of the towers should be increased appropriately. The rigid connective structure form between the connector and the tower was adopted, and its force and structural characteristics were fully considered in the design. The stiffness of connector was increased, so that it can connect with the towers on both sides as a whole. And coordinate the towers on both sides to work together under the action of external force. The seismic performance analysis of the main structure under the action of three levels were carried out by using finite element analysis programs. The key joints of the space steel truss were analyzed by finite element method. Through seismic concept design and performance-based seismic design of structure, reasonable structure system and reliable connection form, the seismic performance of the main structure can achieve the expected design goal.
