昆山鑫宇佳苑項(xiàng)目地下部分新建與已建結(jié)構(gòu)融合設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]介紹了昆山鑫宇佳苑項(xiàng)目地下部分主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),利用已建的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件,如樁基、承臺(tái)底板、地下室外墻等,實(shí)現(xiàn)了地下部分結(jié)構(gòu)的融合設(shè)計(jì)。具體地,已建結(jié)構(gòu)的部分樁基被直接利用,與新打樁一起通過(guò)變剛度調(diào)平共同承擔(dān)全部荷載;已建結(jié)構(gòu)的承臺(tái)底板,部分為直接利用,部分為改造利用(疊合筏板);已建結(jié)構(gòu)的全部地下室外墻被直接利用,在地下部分施工時(shí)被用于基坑圍護(hù),在地下部分施工完成時(shí)被用作新地下室的外墻。此外,還介紹了新建與已建結(jié)構(gòu)相融合的改建項(xiàng)目所涉及到的地堪補(bǔ)勘和二次基坑支護(hù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過(guò)詳細(xì)的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析,有效的結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造措施,新建結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件與被利用的已建結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件融為一體,共同參與結(jié)構(gòu)受力。結(jié)果表明,基于新建結(jié)構(gòu)與已建結(jié)構(gòu)在建筑體型、具體尺寸和受力特征上存在相同之處,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中可適當(dāng)利用已建結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件,實(shí)現(xiàn)新建與已建結(jié)構(gòu)的融合設(shè)計(jì)。

Integration design of new and existing underground structures of Xinyujiayuan project in Kunshan

Abstract:The main structure design of the underground part of Xinyujiayuan project in Kunshan was introduced. The integration design of the underground part of the structure was realized by using the existing structural components, such as pile foundation, bearing platform, basement wall, etc. Specifically, part of the pile foundation of the existing structure was directly used to bear all the load together with the new pile through variable stiffness leveling; some of the used bearing platform bottom plates of the existing structures were directly used and some of them were transformed (composite raft); all the basement external walls of the existing structure had been directly used, which were used for foundation pit support during construction and were used as the external wall of the new basement after construction. In addition, the key technologies of supplementary geology exploration and secondary foundation pit support involved in the reconstruction project of the integration of new and existing structures was introduced. Through detailed structural analysis, calculation and effective structural construction measures, new structural components and used existing structural components were integrated to participate in structural stress. The results show that, based on the similarities between the new structure and the existing structure in building shape, specific size and mechanic characteristic, the integration design of the new structure and the existing structure can be realized by properly using the existing structural components in the structural design.
