黎巴嫩國家高等音樂學院項目結構設計

[摘要]黎巴嫩國家高等音樂學院項目包含一個1 200座規(guī)模的大音樂廳、一個350座的小音樂廳及34m高的音樂學院綜合教學樓,結構采用框架-剪力墻結構體系。通過振沖擠密法(不加填料)消除場地液化效應,采用長螺旋鉆孔灌注樁復合地基,控制基礎的不均勻沉降。大音樂廳為復雜大跨度空曠結構,平面及豎向不規(guī)則,采用變高度桁架、結構與建筑同步三維設計、局部與整體包絡設計等措施實現(xiàn)建筑功能的同時確保結構安全可靠。小音樂廳與音樂學院結構單元屬超限高層建筑,對其設定明確的抗震性能目標,并對關鍵構件采取抗震加強措施,使結構承載力滿足要求。對本項目同時采用中國標準及歐洲標準進行設計,通過不同性能目標及不同標準體系下設計結果的對比,最終確定項目豎向構件采用歐洲標準進行設計,水平構件采用中國標準進行設計,對特一級豎向構件按中國標準進行校核。

Structural design for Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music Project

Abstract: Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music Project consists of a large concert hall of 1 200 seats, a small concert hall of 350 seats and a 34m high teaching building of the conservatory of music. The structure adopts frame-shear wall structure system. The liquefaction effect of the site was eliminated by vibroflotation-compacting method (without filler), and long spiral bored pile composite foundation was used to control the uneven settlement of the foundation. The large concert hall is a complex large-span structure with irregular plane and vertical direction. The building functions are realized by variable height truss, synchronous three-dimensional design of structure and architecture, partial and overall envelope design, etc. At the same time, it ensures the safety and reliability of the structure. The structural unit of the small concert hall and conservatory of music is high-rise building beyond the limit, clear seismic performance targets were set and seismic strengthening measures for key components were adopted to meet the requirements of the structural bearing capacity. The design of this project adopts both Chinese and European standards. Through the comparison of the design results under different performance objectives and different standard systems, it is finally determined that the vertical components of the project are designed according to European standards, the horizontal components are designed according to Chinese standards, and the special level vertical components are checked according to Chinese standards.
