某鋼框架-混凝土核心筒超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)

[摘要]在超高層建筑中,外圍的框架柱多為型鋼混凝土柱或鋼管混凝土柱,鮮有采用純鋼框架柱,為了探索鋼框架-混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)在超高層建筑中的應(yīng)用,以實(shí)際工程為例,首先通過對比四種框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)方案,衡量建設(shè)期與運(yùn)營期經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,并結(jié)合建筑工業(yè)化方面進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)選型;其次簡要介紹鋼框架-混凝土核心筒超高層結(jié)構(gòu)的常規(guī)分析;最后從層間位移角的控制、豎向變形差的控制、梁墻剛接加強(qiáng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計、外框鋼柱的屈曲分析及彈塑性時程補(bǔ)充分析角度,重點(diǎn)論述鋼框架-混凝土核心筒超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計所采取的一系列關(guān)鍵技術(shù),以保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和合理性。

Key technologies in the design of a steel frame-concrete corewall super high-rise structure

Abstract: In super high-rise buildings, the peripheral frame columns are mostly steel-reinforced concrete columns or concrete-filled steel tube columns, and the pure steel frame columns are rarely used. In order to study the application of steel frame-concrete corewall structure in super high-rise buildings, the actual project was taken as an example. Firstly, the structural system selection was carried out by comparing four kinds of frame-corewall structure schemes, measuring construction period and operation period of economic benefits, and considering the construction industrialization; secondly, the routine analysis of steel frame-concrete corewall super high-rise structure was briefly introduced; finally, a series of key technologies of steel frame-concrete corewall super high-rise structure were mainly discussed, such as  the control of inter-storey displacement angle, the control of vertical deformation, the rigid enhanced joint of beam and wall, buckling analysis of steel frame columns and supplementary elastoplastic time-history analysis, to ensure the safety and rationality of the structure.
