[摘要]濟南西部會展中心配套高層結(jié)構(gòu)總高度為188.95m,其下部外圍框架柱采用型鋼混凝土組合柱,上部框架柱采用鋼筋混凝土柱,形成由中央核心筒和外圍框架組成的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)力體系,結(jié)合建筑布置采用雙筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。配套高層結(jié)構(gòu)塔樓平面形狀呈內(nèi)邊半徑約37.9m,角度約83°的扇形,為超B級高度的超限高層建筑。采用性能化抗震設計對主要構(gòu)件進行復核,采用YJK和MIDAS Building軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)小震彈性、中震彈塑性、大震彈塑性、風荷載作用分析、剪力墻內(nèi)置鋼支撐及樓板溫度應力等進行深入分析。結(jié)果表明,此結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足現(xiàn)行各項規(guī)范的要求,具有良好的抗震性能。

Structure design of out-of-code high-rise building of Jinan Western Conference and Exhibition Center

Abstract: The total height of the supporting high-rise structure of the Jinan West Convention and Exhibition Center is 188.95m. The lower peripheral frame column adopts reinforced concrete composite column, while the upper frame column adopts reinforced concrete column, forming a frame-core tube structure lateral force resistance system composed of central core tube and peripheral frame. Combined with the architectural layout, the double barrel structure system is adopted. The plane shape of the tower is a fan shape with an inner radius of about 37.9m and an angle of about 83° . It is an out-of-code high-rise building with an ultra-B-level height.The performance-based seismic design was used to review the main components, and YJK and MIDAS Building software were used to conduct in-depth analysis of the structure’s elasticity under small earthquakes, elastoplastic under medium earthquakes, elastoplastic under large earthquakes, analysis of wind load action, steel bracing in shear wall and temperature stress of floor slab.The results show that this structure can meet the requirements of current codes and has good seismic performance.
