[摘要]對直徑14mm和18mm的變形鋼筋進(jìn)行不同程度的銹蝕作用,然后選用角磨機(jī)、除銹劑和拋丸機(jī)三種方法進(jìn)行除銹,并利用除銹后的鋼筋制作中心拔出試件,對不同鋼筋直徑、不同銹蝕率和不同除銹方法得到的鋼筋和混凝土的粘結(jié)性能進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)過程中觀察記錄了加載荷載、鋼筋滑移量、峰值荷載、試件破壞形式和裂縫發(fā)展情況等。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析了鋼筋直徑、銹蝕率和除銹方法對鋼筋和混凝土的極限粘結(jié)應(yīng)力、峰值滑移量的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:直徑14mm的鋼筋角磨機(jī)除銹后發(fā)生劈裂破壞,除銹劑和拋丸機(jī)除銹后發(fā)生拔出破壞;直徑18mm鋼筋都發(fā)生劈裂破壞;隨著銹蝕率的增大,除銹后試件的極限粘結(jié)應(yīng)力減小,峰值滑移量增大。

Experimental study on the effect of rust removal methods on the bonding performance between steel bar and concrete

Abstract:The deformed steel bars with diameters of 14mm and 18mm were subjected to different degrees of corrosion, and then the angular mill, derusting agent and shot blasting machine were used to remove the corrosion. The specimens were pulled out from the center of the derusted steel bars, and the bonding properties of the steel bars and concrete obtained by different diameters of steel bars, different corrosion rates and different derusting methods were experimentally studied. During the test, loading load, steel bar slippage, peak load, specimen failure mode and crack development were observed and recorded. According to the test results, the effects of reinforcement diameter, corrosion rate and derusting method on the ultimate bond stress and peak slip of reinforcement and concrete were analyzed. The test results show that the steel bars with diameters of 14mm have splitting failure after derusting by the angular mill, and have pull-out failure after derusting by the derusting agent and shot blasting machine. The steel bars with diameters of 18mm have splitting failure. With the increase of corrosion rate, the ultimate bond stress of specimens after derusting decreases, and the peak slip increases.
