［摘要］為了研究銹蝕鋼筋與混凝土的粘結(jié)性能，選擇了15塊粘結(jié)區(qū)段帶裂縫的鋼筋混凝土梁式試件，進(jìn)行了電加速銹蝕與持續(xù)荷載兩種工況共同作用下的試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)彎曲粘結(jié)試驗(yàn)觀察了梁式試件的破壞形態(tài)，得到了銹蝕鋼筋與混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度值與粘結(jié)-滑移曲線。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，電加速銹蝕與持續(xù)荷載的工況條件顯著降低了鋼筋混凝土間的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度，且銹蝕率越高、持續(xù)荷載越大，粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度就越小。在彎曲粘結(jié)試驗(yàn)中，梁式試件加載端滑移普遍大于自由端滑移，且滑移量隨著梁式試件的持載等級(jí)與縱筋銹蝕率的提高而增大。

Research on bonding performance between steel bar and concrete under accelerated corrosion and sustained load

Abstract: In order to study the bonding performance of corroded steel bar and concrete, 15 specimens with cracks in the bonding section were selected and tested under the combined action of electro-accelerated corrosion and sustained load. The failure modes of beam specimens were observed by bending bond tests, and the bond strength and bond-slip curves of corroded steel bars and concrete were obtained. The results show that the bonding strength between reinforced concrete decreases significantly under the condition of electro-accelerated corrosion and sustained load, and the higher the corrosion rate and sustained load, the smaller the bond strength. In bending bonding tests, the slip of loading end of beam specimens is generally larger than that of free end, and the slip increases with the increase of load-bearing grade and corrosion rate of longitudinal bars.
