[摘要]為研究波形鋼腹板-桁架-混凝土板組合梁的抗風(fēng)性能,建立了該類梁的CFD數(shù)值分析模型,分析了-3°,0°,3°三種風(fēng)攻角以及均勻流與C類地貌兩種流場條件下組合梁截面的流場、截面的風(fēng)壓分布以及不同位置處的平均風(fēng)壓系數(shù),并給出了均勻流與C類地貌下該類梁的升力系數(shù)、阻力系數(shù)與升力矩等氣動(dòng)三分力系數(shù)。研究結(jié)果表明:橋面板的上表面主要表現(xiàn)為風(fēng)吸力,下表面風(fēng)壓分布主要受到特征湍流即分離渦的影響;均勻流場下氣動(dòng)三分力系數(shù)約為C類地貌下的1.1~1.2倍;與數(shù)值分析結(jié)果相比,《公路橋梁抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTG/T 3360-01—2018)建議的氣動(dòng)三分力系數(shù)取值偏于保守。

Analysis of static three-component coefficient of corrugated steel web-truss-concrete floor composite beam

Abstract: In order to study the wind resistance of corrugated steel webs-truss-concrete floor composite beams, a CFD numerical analysis model of this kind of beam was established. The flow field, wind pressure distribution and average wind pressure coefficient at different locations of the composite beam section under three wind attack angles of -3°, 0° and 3°, and two flow fields of uniform flow and C-class landform were analyzed. The aerodynamic three-component coefficients, including the lift coefficient, drag coefficient and lift moment of this kind of beam under uniform flow and C-class landform were given. The results show that the upper surface of the bridge deck is mainly characterized by wind suction, and the wind pressure distribution on the lower surface is mainly affected by the characteristic turbulence, namely the separation vortex. The aerodynamic three-component coefficient under uniform flow field is about 1.1~1.2 times that under C-type landform. Compared with the numerical analysis results, aerodynamic three-component coefficients recommended by Code for wind resistance design of highway bridges ( JTG/T 3360-01—2018 ) are conservative.
