吳江交通樞紐主樓懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]吳江交通樞紐項(xiàng)目包含樞紐主樓和住宅區(qū)共5座塔樓,其中樞紐主樓建筑造型新穎獨(dú)特,且建筑空間關(guān)系相對(duì)復(fù)雜,主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用3層框架結(jié)構(gòu)。中庭區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)體型復(fù)雜,為大跨度空間懸挑桁架及吊掛結(jié)構(gòu),其中懸挑桁架大跨長(zhǎng)度約40m,懸挑長(zhǎng)度約22m,通過(guò)吊柱支撐2層與3層局部建筑。采用性能化方法對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì),利用YJK及LS-DYNA軟件,從大跨度空間懸挑桁架、大跨懸挑桁架區(qū)域樓板、桁架與周邊結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點(diǎn)及2層及3層懸挑吊柱結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及振動(dòng)這四個(gè)方面闡述了其設(shè)計(jì)思路和分析過(guò)程。對(duì)于分析過(guò)程中的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。分析結(jié)果表明,大跨懸挑桁架結(jié)構(gòu)及吊柱結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全可靠,抗震性能良好,能夠滿足規(guī)范要求。對(duì)懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)及桁架下弦樓面采取了針對(duì)性加強(qiáng)及施工措施。

Cantilever structural design of main building of Wujiang Transportation Hub

Abstract: Wujiang Transportation Hub project includes a total of 5 towers including  hub main building and  residential towers. The main building of the hub has a novel and unique architectural shape, and the spatial relationship of the buildings is relatively complex. The main structure for the hub main building adopts a three-story frame structure. The structure of the atrium area  is complex. It is a large-span spatial cantilever truss with hanging structure. The large-span length of the truss is about 40m and the cantilever length is about 22m. The partial structures at 2-story and 3-story floors are supported by hanging columns. Performance-based method was used for the seismic design  by using YJK and LS-DYNA software. The design ideas and analysis process of the large-span spatial cantilever truss, the floor for the large-span cantilever truss area, the connection design of the truss and the surrounding structure, and the structural design for the 2-story and 3-story hanging columns and vibration for the slab were expounded.For the technical difficulties in the analysis process, corresponding solutions were proposed.  The analysis results show that the design of the large-span cantilever truss structure and the hanging column structure is safe and reliable, which has good seismic performance, and can meet the requirements of the code. The floors for lower chord of cantilever truss and hanging column structure area were strengthened by corresponding structural details and construction measures.
