烏魯木齊奧體中心田徑館結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]烏魯木齊奧體中心田徑館主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),屋蓋為大跨度鋼結(jié)構(gòu),最大跨度75.6m。通過框架結(jié)構(gòu)的支撐布置方案比選,確定了支撐的形式和位置,并對大跨度屋蓋進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)選型。對張弦立體桁架進(jìn)行了靜力分析和線性屈曲分析,采用Newton-Raphson方法進(jìn)行幾何非線性整體穩(wěn)定分析,并對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)支座處的鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)和銷軸節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了復(fù)核驗(yàn)算。結(jié)果表明:BRB能有效控制結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng);在滿足內(nèi)部裝修要求的前提下,張弦立體桁架結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)性更好;張弦立體桁架、高強(qiáng)度索和撐桿的應(yīng)力及位移均在合理范圍,結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定系數(shù)能滿足規(guī)范要求;鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)和銷軸節(jié)點(diǎn)能滿足主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的受力構(gòu)造要求。

Structural design of the indoor stadium in Urumchi Olympic Sports Center

Abstract: The main structure of indoor stadium in Urumchi Olympic Sports Center adopts a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, and the roof is a large-span steel structure with a maximum span of 75.6m. Through the comparison and selection of the support layout program of the frame structure, the form and location of the support were determined, and the structure of the large-span roof was selected. The static analysis and linear buckling analysis of the three-dimensional string truss were carried out. The Newton-Raphson method was used to carry out the geometric nonlinear overall stability analysis, and the cast steel joints and pin shaft joints at the steel structure support were checked. The results show that: BRB can effectively control the torsion effect of the structure; under the premise of meeting the requirements of internal decoration, the structure of the three-dimensional string truss is more economical; the stress and displacement of the three-dimensional string truss, high-strength cables and struts are all within a reasonable range; the overall stability factor of the structure can meet the specification requirements; the cast steel joints and pin shaft joints can meet the force structure requirements of the main steel structure.
