[摘要]北京CBD核心區(qū)文化設(shè)施建筑功能復(fù)雜,主體結(jié)構(gòu)為鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系。由于存在豎向構(gòu)件局部轉(zhuǎn)換和局部抽柱形成大空間,多層樓板設(shè)較大洞口,東、西樓局部連體,以及平面不規(guī)則和豎向不規(guī)則等多項(xiàng)抗震超限內(nèi)容,為超限項(xiàng)目??紤]項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了屈曲約束支撐設(shè)計(jì),通過軟件進(jìn)行彈塑性時(shí)程分析對(duì)比,比較了采用屈曲約束支撐方案相比于普通支撐方案在結(jié)構(gòu)上的優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明,采用屈曲約束支撐較普通支撐在基底地震力輸入、頂點(diǎn)位移、塑性鉸發(fā)展、保護(hù)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件等方面均起到重要的作用,優(yōu)化了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震能力,使普通支撐方案難以實(shí)現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)布置得到實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Application of buckling restrained braces in seismic resistance of over-limit connected cultural facilities

Abstract: The Beijing CBD cultural facilities has complex architectural functions. The main structure system applied steel frame-bracing structure system. Since structure suffered seismic features beyond seismic codes, like the local transfer of vertical members, partial deletion of columns for larger space, multi-storey floor has large openings, links between east and west tower in certain floors, irregular plane and vertical arrangement, the project is classified as over-limit seismic project. Considering the characteristics of the structural system of the project, buckling restrained braces were adopt in design. The elasto-plastic time-history analysis and comparison were carried out through the software, and the structural advantages of the scheme with buckling restrained braces was compared with scheme with normal braces. The result revealed that comparing with normal braces, adopting buckling restrained braces has essential profits in base seismic force input, top drift, plastic hinge development and critical member protection, and optimized the structural seismic resistance capacities. The buckling restrained braces plan fulfilled request of complex structural layout which was difficult for normal braces structural system.
