蒙古國(guó)Eco-Tower鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中美規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)比分析

[摘要]針對(duì)蒙古國(guó)Eco-Tower鋼結(jié)構(gòu)高層項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)條件,選用兩個(gè)相同的鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分別采用中國(guó)規(guī)范與美國(guó)規(guī)范規(guī)定的材料特性、活荷載、風(fēng)荷載、地震荷載及相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)兩個(gè)模型的動(dòng)力特性、層間位移角、剛度比、二階效應(yīng)系數(shù)、構(gòu)件內(nèi)力、應(yīng)力比及相關(guān)控制指標(biāo)等計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。分析結(jié)果表明:兩國(guó)規(guī)范都是恒荷載、活荷載、風(fēng)荷載控制設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)整體指標(biāo)及構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果均比較接近,結(jié)構(gòu)安全度基本相當(dāng)。其中中國(guó)規(guī)范的層間側(cè)移角、二階效應(yīng)系數(shù)等要求比美國(guó)規(guī)范略嚴(yán)。此外,活荷載美國(guó)規(guī)范偏大,而地震工況、風(fēng)工況及組合工況內(nèi)力、構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)力中國(guó)規(guī)范偏大。本項(xiàng)目如按美國(guó)規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),經(jīng)濟(jì)性略優(yōu)于中國(guó)規(guī)范;而按中國(guó)規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),安全度略大于美國(guó)規(guī)范。

Comparison between Chinese and American code for design of Mongolia Eco-Tower steel structure

Abstract: In view of the actual design conditions of the high-rise steel structure project of Mongolian Eco Tower, two identical steel frame-bracing structure models were selected, and the material properties, live load, wind load, seismic load and related parameters stipulated by Chinese and American code were used respectively to carry on a design. The results of dynamic characteristic, layer displacement angle, the stiffness ratio, the second-order effect coefficient, the internal force and stress ratio of component, and relevant control indicator for the two models were compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that design are both controlled by dead loads, live and wind loads for Chinese and American Codes, the overall indicators of structure and design results of component are both relatively close, and the structural safety is basically the same. Chinese codes are slightly more stringent requirement on the layer displacement angle and second-order effect coefficient than American codes. In addition, the live load of American codes is larger, the wind and earthquake conditions, internal force for combined conditions, and design stress ratios of component of Chinese codes are larger. The economy is slightly better than Chinese codes if designed by American codes for this project, and the security is slightly higher than that of American codes if designed by Chinese codes.
