[摘要]由于坡地建筑建造于山地之上,其風(fēng)荷載取值和地震作用均較平地建筑有一定的放大效應(yīng)。同時(shí)由于坡地建筑存在底部不等高嵌固的特點(diǎn),其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)往往難以滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)要求。另外,山坡地區(qū)工程地質(zhì)情況復(fù)雜,地勢(shì)起伏變化,持力層埋深深淺不一,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)難度較大。針對(duì)這些關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,以某實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為依托,提出了一些應(yīng)對(duì)方法。其中,針對(duì)坡地建筑扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比嚴(yán)重超限問(wèn)題提出了加長(zhǎng)短柱、增大長(zhǎng)柱截面剛度、設(shè)置連系梁、設(shè)置防震縫、短柱設(shè)計(jì)為搖擺柱等方法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的對(duì)比分析,采用Perform-3D進(jìn)行罕遇地震下的靜力彈塑性分析。分析結(jié)果表明,扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比越大,地震剪力越容易集中在角部短柱上,短柱越容易破壞,結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震性能越差,因此改善扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比是必要的。

Key problems and countermeasures in design for building structure on slope

Abstract: Because the sloping building is built on the mountain, its wind load value and seismic action have a certain amplification effect than that of a flat building. At the same time, due to the unequal height fixed of the bottom of the sloping building, its structural design indicators are often difficult to meet the design requirements of the current specifications. In addition, the engineering geology of the hillside area is complex, the terrain is undulating, the depth of the supporting layer is different, and the foundation design is difficult. In response to these key issues, based on an actual project, some countermeasures were proposed. Among them, in view of the serious over-limit problem of the torsional displacement ratio of sloping building, methods such as lengthening the short column, increasing the section stiffness of the long column, setting the connecting beam, setting the seismic joint, and designing the short column as a swing column, etc. were proposed. And a detailed comparative analysis was carried out, Perform-3D was used to carry out static elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes. The analysis results show that the larger the torsional displacement ratio, the easier the seismic shear force is concentrated on the corner short columns, the easier the short columns are to break, and the worse the overall seismic performance of the structure. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the torsional displacement ratio.
