[摘要]鏡湖梅山廣場南區(qū)酒店地上結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶雙向高位連體的框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)體型復(fù)雜,存在凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、豎向剛度不規(guī)則、豎向構(gòu)件間斷、承載力突變5項一般不規(guī)則條目和扭轉(zhuǎn)偏大、層剛度偏小2項中等不規(guī)則條目。分析了南區(qū)酒店結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題及解決方案?;诳拐鹦阅芑O(shè)計原則提出了合理的性能目標(biāo)。進行了小震彈性、罕遇地震彈塑性時程、防連續(xù)性倒塌、施工模擬和舒適度等整體分析;對結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換桁架、支承轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的框架柱、樓板應(yīng)力和關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進行了分析。經(jīng)過多項分析,南區(qū)酒店能夠滿足既定的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of two-way high-level connected frame-support structure system for south distric hotel of Jinghu Meishan Plaza

Abstract: The ground structure of south distric hotel of Jinghu Meishan Plaza adopts the two-way high-level connected frame-support structure system. The structure is complex, There are five general irregular items, including irregular concave convex, discontinuous floor, irregular vertical stiffness, discontinuous vertical members and sudden change of bearing capacity, and two medium irregular items, including large torsion and small floor stiffness. The key technical problems and solutions in the structural design process of south district hotel were analyzed. Reasonable performance target was put forward based on the principle of seismic performance-based design. The overall analysis of the elastic of small earthquakes, the elastic-plastic time history of the rare earthquakes, the progressive collapse, the construction simulation and the comfort degree were carried out. The structural transformation truss, the supporting transfer truss frame column, the floor stress and the key nodes were analyzed. Through multinomial analysis,it is proved that the structure can achieve the established goal of seismic performance.
