[摘要]混凝土結(jié)合面是裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性的薄弱部位,為研究裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土結(jié)合面處混凝土的碳化特征和規(guī)律,考慮施工中存在后澆混凝土前不清理結(jié)合面、不灑水濕潤(rùn)的情況,設(shè)計(jì)制作了包括4種清理狀況的混凝土疊合試件,再鉆取含有結(jié)合面的圓柱體芯樣進(jìn)行快速碳化試驗(yàn),研究不同清理狀況對(duì)結(jié)合面碳化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:結(jié)合面碳化速度明顯大于混凝土本體;按照規(guī)程要求清理的結(jié)合面碳化系數(shù)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,不隨碳化時(shí)間而發(fā)生明顯變化,碳化系數(shù)約為混凝土本體的1.5倍;若不清理也不灑水濕潤(rùn),結(jié)合面碳化系數(shù)隨碳化時(shí)間的增加有明顯增大,最大可達(dá)到混凝土本體的3倍;在清理結(jié)合面的情況下,是否灑水濕潤(rùn)對(duì)結(jié)合面的碳化性能影響不顯著,但在不清理的情況下,灑水濕潤(rùn)可以明顯改善結(jié)合面的抗碳化能力;預(yù)制構(gòu)件粗糙面處理方式會(huì)影響結(jié)合面的抗碳化能力。此外,提出了結(jié)合面混凝土碳化模型的修正方法,為裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性設(shè)計(jì)與評(píng)定提供參考。

Experimental study on carbonation performance of concrete interface in prefabricated structures

Abstract:The concrete interface is the weak part of the durability of the prefabricated structure. In order to study the carbonization characteristics and laws of the concrete interface of the prefabricated structure, it was designed and made in consideration of the situation that the interface was not cleaned, sprinked and wetted before the concrete was poured. The concrete composite specimens with four cleaning conditions were designed and fabricated, and then a cylindrical core sample containing the interface was drilled for rapid carbonization test to study the effect of different cleaning conditions on the carbonization performance of the interface. The results show that the carbonization speed of the bonding surface is significantly greater than that of the concrete body. The carbonization coefficient of the interface cleaned in accordance with the standard is relatively stable and does not change significantly with the carbonization time. The carbonization coefficient is about 1.5 times that of the concrete body. If it is not cleaned or sprinkled with water, the carbonization coefficient of the interface increases significantly with the increase of the carbonization time, and the maximum can reach 3 times of the concrete body. In the case of cleaning the interface, whether sprinkling and wetting has no significant effect on the carbonization performance of the interface, but without cleaning, sprinkling and wetting can significantly improve the anti-carbonization ability of the interface fabricated concrete structure. The rough surface treatment of the prefabricated component will affect the anti-carbonization ability of the interface. In addition, a method for modifying the carbonation model of the interface concrete is proposed to provide a reference for the durability design and evaluation of the prefabricated concrete structure.
