帶裂縫鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合板力學性能研究*

摘 要

[摘要]對3塊鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合單向樓板進行吊裝工況試驗、正常使用狀態(tài)下堆載試驗,其中2塊為運輸過程中導致開裂的疊合板,1塊無裂縫的疊合板作為參照,探究3塊板在吊裝工況下板底裂縫寬度、裂縫發(fā)展與應(yīng)變變化情況。根據(jù)疊合板使用功能要求確定荷載,通過堆載試驗?zāi)M完全澆筑后疊合板在正常使用荷載作用下板底撓度、裂縫寬度、板底應(yīng)變發(fā)展情況。采用中國規(guī)范混規(guī)GB 50010—2010、水工規(guī)范SL 191—2008及美國規(guī)范ACI 318-08 中的三種彎曲剛度計算方法預(yù)測堆載撓度并分析其計算精度。結(jié)果表明:吊裝前后疊合板原有損傷不斷累積,對板體造成不可恢復(fù)的損傷。堆載作用下開裂疊合板能夠滿足規(guī)范正常使用條件下的跨中撓度要求,但局部區(qū)域裂縫寬度無法滿足。三種彎曲剛度下的撓度理論計算結(jié)果均與試驗結(jié)果有較大誤差,其中GB 50010—2010計算結(jié)果與試驗疊合板跨中撓度數(shù)據(jù)吻合相對較好,針對疊合板的撓度預(yù)測還需進一步研究。

Research on mechanical properties of reinforcement truss concrete laminated slab with cracks

Abstract:Three reinforcement truss concrete laminated one-way slabs were tested under hoisting and serviceability limit states. Two of them are laminated slabs that caused cracks during transportation and one  laminated slab without cracks was used as a reference. The crack width, crack development and strain variation of the three slabs under hoisting condition were investigated. The load was determined according to the functional requirements of laminated slabs, and the development of the bottom deflection, crack width, and bottom strain of the slab after casting concrete of the above layer under the normal use load was simulated by the surcharge loading test. Three bending stiffness calculation methods in Chinese standard concrete code GB 50010—2010, hydraulic code SL 191—2008 and American standard ACI 318\|08 were used to predict the stacking deflection and the accuracy of calculation was analyzed. The results show that the original damage of the slab before and after hoisting continues to accumulate and some residue damage can not recover. The mid-span deflection of the laminated slab with cracks under the surcharge load can meet the requirements of the specification under normal use conditions, while few cracks width in the local area can not meet the width limitation. The deflection theoretical calculation results under the three bending stiffenesses all  have large errors with the test results. The results of GB 50010—2010 have a better agreement with the mid-span deflection of the test laminated slabs, further study need to be developed to give an accurate calculation method of laminated slab deflection.
