裝配式鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁節(jié)點的性能分析及比選*

[摘要]為了研究裝配式鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁節(jié)點的抗震性能,在綜述前人研究成果基礎上,采用歸一化方法比較了五種裝配式鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁節(jié)點的荷載比-位移比曲線、滯回環(huán)面積比-位移比曲線,對節(jié)點承載力、耗能性能、剛度退化等指標進行分析,探討了裝配式鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁節(jié)點的抗震性能,并對節(jié)點的施工難易及成本進行對比分析。結果表明:節(jié)點構造形式對節(jié)點的抗震性能有一定的影響。在小軸壓比條件下,加強環(huán)式和內隔板式節(jié)點抗震性能更好,加強環(huán)式節(jié)點可通過設置外肋端板提高變形能力;從施工難易程度來看,加強環(huán)式和外肋環(huán)板式節(jié)點難度較其他節(jié)點更低;外肋環(huán)板式節(jié)點的單位極限承載力成本最低。總結的裝配式節(jié)點形式為相同前提條件下的裝配式鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁節(jié)點的選擇提供了參考,其他條件下的節(jié)點性能尚需進一步研究。

Performance analysis and comparison of assembled steel tube concrete column-steel beam joints

Abstract:In order to study the seismic performance of the assembled steel tube concrete column-steel beam joints. Based on the review of previous research results, the load ratio-displacement ratio curve, hysteresis loop area ratio-displacement ratio curve of five assembled steel tube concrete column-steel beam joints were compared using normalization method, and   bearing capacity of node, energy dissipation performance and stiffness degradation index were analyzed. The seismic performance of the assembled steel tube concrete column-steel beam joint was discussed. The construction difficulty and the cost of the joint were also compared and analyzed. The results show that the structural form of the joints has a certain influence on the seismic performance of the joints. Under the condition of small axial compression ratio, the seismic performance of the reinforced ring and inner baffle joints is better, and the reinforced ring joints can improve the deformation capacity by setting external rib end plates. In terms of construction difficulty, the difficulty of reinforced ring and outer rib ring plate joints is lower than that of other joints. The unit ultimate bearing capacity cost of outer rib ring plate joint is the lowest. The assembled joints summarized provide reference for the selection of assembly steel tube concrete column-steel beam joints under the same condition, the joint performance under other conditions needs further study.
