[摘要]結(jié)合某實際工程項目研究了平移式預制混凝土外掛墻板連接節(jié)點設計方法。首先結(jié)合建筑功能需求提出了墻板的板型劃分和運動模式選擇原則,根據(jù)平移式預制混凝土外掛墻板的運動需求研發(fā)了外掛墻板與主體結(jié)構(gòu)鋼梁的連接構(gòu)造,然后結(jié)合現(xiàn)行國家規(guī)范確定了預制混凝土外掛墻板的性能目標,并根據(jù)外掛墻板的運動模式提出了不同工況下連接節(jié)點的力學模型及性能化設計方法,最后給出了具體工程實例。提出的設計方法能實現(xiàn)平移式預制混凝土外掛墻板小震彈性,連接節(jié)點中震彈性、大震不屈服的性能目標,能夠保證墻板的安全性能。

Design method and mechanical behavior analysis of translational precast concrete facade wall panel connecting joints

Abstract:The design method of the connecting joints of the translation precast concrete facade wall panels was studied in a practical project. First, panel type division and movement mode selection principle of the wall panel was put forward considering building functional requirements, and the connection structure between facade wall panel and the steel beam of main structure was researched according to a translational precast concrete facade wall panel movement needs. Then, combined with the existing national standards, the performance goals were determined for the precast concrete facade wall panel. According to the facade wall movement mode, mechanical models and the performance-based design method of connecting joints under different working conditions were put forward. Finally, a concrete engineering example was given. The proposed design method can realize the performance goals of the translational precast concrete facade wall panel with elasticity under frequent earthquake, elasticity of the connecting joint under fortification earthquake and non-yielding under rare earthquake, and the safety performance of the wall panel can be guaranteed.
