含預(yù)制內(nèi)嵌外圍護墻裝配式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能試驗研究*

[摘要]為研究裝配式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)中預(yù)制內(nèi)嵌外圍護墻對主體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響,完成了3個含不同構(gòu)造圍護墻的兩層足尺墻體試件和1個無圍護墻對比試件的擬靜力試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:含獨立式圍護墻和一體式圍護墻的試件表現(xiàn)為圍護墻與結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件整體受力并發(fā)生破壞,承載力分別為無圍護墻試件的2.2倍和2.3倍,位移角為1/2 000時的平均割線剛度分別為無圍護墻試件的2.8倍和3.5倍,極限位移角分別為無圍護墻試件的0.58倍和0.43倍;與含獨立式圍護墻和一體式圍護墻的試件相比,含優(yōu)化構(gòu)造圍護墻的試件避免了不利的破壞模式,承載力及剛度顯著減小,變形能力增大至與無圍護墻試件相當(dāng)?;谠囼灲Y(jié)果,建議工程中優(yōu)先采用優(yōu)化構(gòu)造,當(dāng)采用未優(yōu)化的構(gòu)造時應(yīng)在整體結(jié)構(gòu)分析中考慮圍護墻的影響,并采取相應(yīng)的加強措施。

Experimental study on seismic behavior of assembled shear wall structure with precast embedded enclosure wall

Abstract:To study the effects of embedded enclosure walls on the seismic behavior of main structure in assembled shear wall structure, quasi-static tests of three full scale two-story wall specimens with different enclosure walls and one comparison specimen without enclosure wall were completed. The test results indicate that the enclosure wall bears load and fails with structural elements integrally for the specimen with independent enclosure wall and the specimen with integrated enclosure wall, the load-carrying capacities of specimens with independent enclosure wall and integrated enclosure wall are 2.2 times and 2.3 times of the specimen without enclosure wall, respectively, the two specimens′ mean secant stiffnesses when drift is 1/2 000 are 2.8 times and 3.5 times of the  results of the specimen without enclosure wall, and the ultimate drifts are 0.58 times and 0.43 times of the  results of the specimen without enclosure wall. Compared with the specimens with independent enclosure wall and integrated enclosure wall, adverse failure mode was avoided for the specimen with optimized enclosure wall, the load-carrying capacity and stiffness decreases dramatically, the deformability increase to the level as large as the specimen without enclosure wall. Based on the test results, it is suggested that the optimized enclosure wall should be adopted preferentially, the effects of enclosure walls should be considered in structural analysis and corresponding strengthening measures should be taken when the enclosure walls without optimization are used.
