裝配式體外預(yù)應(yīng)力一字形錨固裝置的研究

[摘要]近年由于產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)等因素,使用過(guò)程中的部分門式剛架需要增加設(shè)備,導(dǎo)致屋面荷載增大、鋼梁承載力不足,因此需要進(jìn)行加固。在加固過(guò)程中常采用焊接、鉆孔等連接方式,為了避免其對(duì)原結(jié)構(gòu)鋼梁的破壞,設(shè)計(jì)了一種在門式剛架加固中起連接作用的裝配式體外預(yù)應(yīng)力一字形錨固裝置,該裝置通過(guò)鋼絞線施加體外應(yīng)力,在錨固處摩擦擠壓實(shí)現(xiàn)自鎖,改變了原結(jié)構(gòu)的受力狀態(tài),以達(dá)到加固效果。采用有限元軟件ANSYS對(duì)該裝置節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了模擬仿真,分析了該錨固節(jié)點(diǎn)的位移、等效應(yīng)力、接觸狀態(tài)及摩擦應(yīng)力等受力特征,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)的方法研究了采用該裝置加固后,鋼梁的應(yīng)變及撓度的變化情況,并與同等工況下有限元軟件MIDAS/Gen的模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。研究結(jié)果表明,該裝置安全有效,可以應(yīng)用于鋼梁加固中的錨固連接。

Research on prefabricated external prestressed one font end anchoring device

Abstract:In recent years, due to the influence of industrial upgrading and other factors, part of the portal frames needed to install equipment in the process of use, which lead to the increase of roof load and inadequate bearing capacity of steel beam. So reinforcement is required. In the reinforcement process, welding, drilling and other connection methods are often used. In order to avoid the damage to steel beam of the original structure, a in-line anchoring device a kind of  prefabricated external prestressed one font end anchorage device for the connection of portal frame steel beams was designed. The device applies external stress by steel strands, and frictionally squeezes at the anchoring place to realize self-locking, which changes the stress state of the original structure to achieve the reinforcing effect. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the end node of the device, the force characteristics of the anchored node, such as displacement, equivalent stress, contact state, friction and other force characteristics were analyzed. The variation of strain and deflection of steel beam after the end anchorage device using for reinforcement was studied by experimental methods, and the simulation results of the MIDAS/Gen finite element software were compared and analyzed under the same working condition. The research results show that the device is safe and effective, and can be applied to the anchorage connection of steel beam reinforcement.
