[摘要]超強(qiáng)高韌性樹脂鋼絲網(wǎng)混凝土(HTRCS)是一種新型復(fù)合材料,由內(nèi)嵌增強(qiáng)鋼絲網(wǎng)和高性能樹脂混凝土組成。為了獲得HTRCS加固鋼筋混凝土(RC)偏壓柱正截面承載力的計(jì)算式,進(jìn)行了材料性能試驗(yàn)研究,得出了加固材料的本構(gòu)關(guān)系,結(jié)合已完成的HTRCS側(cè)面加固RC偏壓柱試驗(yàn),對偏壓柱的承載力進(jìn)行了理論分析。根據(jù)試件破壞特征,不考慮鋼絲網(wǎng)的抗壓作用及樹脂混凝土的抗拉作用,通過平截面假定,采用普通混凝土等效矩形應(yīng)力圖和樹脂混凝土等效梯形應(yīng)力圖簡化計(jì)算,提出了遠(yuǎn)軸側(cè)加固和近軸側(cè)加固偏壓柱的兩種正截面承載力計(jì)算公式,計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)值吻合較好,可為后續(xù)研究及工程應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。

Research on calculation method of bearing capacity of strengthened RC eccentric compression columns with HTRCS

Abstract:High toughness resin concrete with steel wire mesh (HTRCS) is a new type of composite material, which consists of embedded reinforced steel wire mesh and high performance resin concrete. In order to obtain the calculation formula for the bearing capacity of the normal section of reinforced concrete (RC) eccentric compression columns strengthened by HTRCS, the experimental study on material properties was carried out, and the constitutive relationship of the reinforced materials was obtained. Combined with the completed test of RC eccentric compression columns side-strengthened by HTRCS, the bearing capacity of eccentric compression columns was analyzed. According to the failure characteristics of specimens, the compressive effect of steel wire mesh and the tensile effect of resin concrete were not considered. Based on the assumption of plane section, the equivalent rectangular stress diagram of ordinary concrete and the equivalent trapezoidal stress diagram of resin concrete were used to simplify the calculation. Two formulas for calculating the bearing capacity of normal section of eccentric compression columns strengthened at the far-axis side and near-axis side were proposed. The calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental values, which can provide theoretical basis for subsequent research and engineering application.
