型鋼再生混凝土柱-鋼梁組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能非線性分析*

[摘要]在型鋼再生混凝土柱-鋼梁組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)擬靜力試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立了組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)的數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,對該組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)在水平荷載作用下的受力非線性行為進(jìn)行了有限元分析,獲取了組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞過程、破壞形態(tài)、應(yīng)力云圖、荷載-位移曲線及荷載特征值,并對節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了比較,驗(yàn)證了有限元計(jì)算模型的合理性,進(jìn)而分析了有限元拓展參數(shù)對組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,該有限元模型能較好地模擬該組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)在水平荷載作用下的受力性能;另外,提高再生混凝土強(qiáng)度或者箍筋強(qiáng)度對組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗剪承載力是有利的,但節(jié)點(diǎn)的延性變形能力有所降低;組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗剪承載力隨著型鋼強(qiáng)度的提高而顯著增加,但節(jié)點(diǎn)的變形能力變化不大;增加體積配箍率或型鋼配鋼率可以明顯提高組合框架節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗剪承載力和變形能力。

Nonlinear finite element analysis on steel reinforced recycled concrete columns-steel beams frame composite joints

Abstract:Based on the quasi-static test of steel reinforced recycled concrete column-steel beam frame composite joints, a numerical calculation model of composite frame joints was established by using ABAQUS finite element software, and finite element analysis was carried out on the nonlinear behavior of the joint under horizontal load. Besides, the failure process, failure pattern, stress nephogram, load-displacement curve and load characteristic values of joint specimens were obtained. The calculated value of the bearing capacity of the joint was compared with the experimental value, and the rationality of the finite element model was verified. Finally, the influence rule of finite element expansion parameters on the mechanical behavior of the composite frame joints was analyzed. The analysis results show that the finite element results agree well with the experimental results, and the finite element model can well simulate mechanical performance of the composite frame joints under horizontal load. In addition, increasing the strength of recycled concrete or stirrup is beneficial to the shear capacity of composite frame joints, but the ductility deformation capacity of joints is reduced. The shear capacity of composite frame joints increases significantly with the increase of section steel strength, but the deformation capacity of composite frame joints has a little change. Increasing volume-stirrup ratio or steel ratio can obviously improve the shear capacity and deformation capacity of composite frame joints.
