單點(diǎn)連續(xù)沖擊荷載下單層球面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)失效模式研究*

[摘要]為研究單點(diǎn)連續(xù)沖擊荷載作用下單層球面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的失效模式,應(yīng)用通用有限元軟件ANSYS LS-DYNA建立了40m跨度,四種不同矢跨比的K8型單層球面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型。通過(guò)分析單層球面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)在單點(diǎn)連續(xù)沖擊荷載作用下失效全過(guò)程的沖擊荷載、能量轉(zhuǎn)化和桿件變形特點(diǎn),總結(jié)歸納出單層球面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)在單點(diǎn)連續(xù)沖擊荷載作用下的五種失效模式:網(wǎng)殼局部凹陷、網(wǎng)殼局部凹陷時(shí)桿件剪切破壞、網(wǎng)殼整體塌陷、網(wǎng)殼整體塌陷時(shí)桿件剪切破壞、桿件剪切破壞。對(duì)五種失效模式進(jìn)行了全過(guò)程研究分析,明確了單層球面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)在單點(diǎn)連續(xù)沖擊全過(guò)程中肋桿、環(huán)桿、斜桿的破壞形式和能量傳遞與轉(zhuǎn)化特點(diǎn)。

Research on failure mode for single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure subjected single-point continuous impact load

Abstract:Using the general finite element software ANSYS LS-DYNA established the finite element models of K8 single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure with 40m span and four different rise-span ratios to study the failure modes of single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure under single-point continuous impact load. By analyzing the impact load, energy conversion and element deformation characteristics of the single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure under the single-point continuous impact load, the five failure modes of single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure were summarized: partial depression of the reticulated shell, shear failure of the elements when the reticulated shell are partially depressed, reticulated shell overall collapse, shear failure of elements when reticulated shell overall collapse, shear failure of the elements. The five failure modes were studied and analyzed in the whole process, and the destruction form, energy transfer and transformation characteristics of ribs, ring rods, and inclined rods of the single-layer spherical reticulated shell structure during the whole process of single-point continuous impact were clarified.
