橫向荷載裂縫對海洋浪濺區(qū)混凝土耐久性劣化影響*

[摘要]采用人工預加載使試件產(chǎn)生裂縫并控制荷載裂縫寬度,研究了模擬海洋環(huán)境試驗箱內混凝土表面橫向荷載作用下裂縫寬度對浪濺區(qū)混凝土抗氯離子侵蝕的影響。試驗結果表明:暴露56d和90d齡期且裂縫寬度不超過0.25mm時,混凝土試件同一深度處氯離子濃度隨裂縫寬度增加而增大。相同暴露齡期時試件氯離子擴散系數(shù)隨裂縫寬度增加而增大,裂縫寬度由0.10mm增加至0.15mm時試件氯離子擴散系數(shù)提高并不顯著,進一步提高到0.25mm后,與裂縫寬度為0.10mm的試件相比氯離子擴散系數(shù)提高約3倍; 暴露齡期90d純水泥混凝土試件及復合摻合料混凝土試件的氯離子擴散系數(shù)均與裂縫寬度近似呈指數(shù)函數(shù)關系,膠凝材料組成體系僅影響函數(shù)中的固定值。

Influence of transverse load cracks on concrete durability degradation in ocean splash zone

Abstract:The influence of the crack width on the chloride erosion resistance of concrete in the wave splash zone under the action of transverse load on the concrete surface in the simulated marine environment test box was studied by using artificial preloading and controlling the load crack width. The test results show that the chloride concentration at the same depth of concrete specimen increases with the increase of the crack width when the crack width of 56d and 90d exposure age is less than 0.25mm. At the same exposure age, the chloride diffusion coefficient of the specimen increases with the increase of crack width. When the crack width increases from 0.10mm to 0.15mm, the chloride diffusion coefficient of the specimen does not increase significantly. The chloride diffusion coefficient of the specimen with the crack width of 0.25mm increases by about three times when compared with the chloride diffusion coefficient of the  specimen with the crack width of 0.10mm. The chloride diffusion coefficient of  pure cement concrete specimen and composite admixture concrete specimen with 90d exposure age is approximately exponential function of crack width, and the composition system of cementing material only affects the fixed value in the function.
