雙向板裂縫及長(zhǎng)期開(kāi)裂撓度的有限元非線性分析

[摘要]簡(jiǎn)述了受壓混凝土的徐變基本理論和裂縫間受拉混凝土對(duì)開(kāi)裂構(gòu)件剛度硬化的分析模型,并解讀了GB 50010—2010,ACI 318-08的EC 2∶2004有關(guān)裂縫和撓度計(jì)算條文的理論背景。其中,EC 2∶2004使用徐變系數(shù)φ(t,t0)、混凝土齡期調(diào)整彈性模量E—c(t,t0)和剛度插入系數(shù)ζ,三個(gè)反映徐變和開(kāi)裂剛度的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)來(lái)計(jì)算裂縫寬度和長(zhǎng)期撓度的半經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,既適用于梁,也適用于雙向板。另外一個(gè)方面,由于雙向板主應(yīng)力方向隨平面位置變化,使用植入φ(t,t0),E—c(t,t0)和ζ的板單元進(jìn)行有限元非線性分析,是計(jì)算雙向板裂縫和長(zhǎng)期開(kāi)裂撓度的通用方法。在列出了有限元非線性分析的基本流程后,作為一個(gè)算例,使用CSI. SAFE完成了地下室柱支撐雙向頂板的截面設(shè)計(jì)及使用極限狀態(tài)的裂縫和長(zhǎng)期撓度的驗(yàn)算,并與板帶分析法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。驗(yàn)證了GB 50010—2010與EC 2∶2004對(duì)于裂縫與撓度計(jì)算條文的適用性與局限性,并對(duì)雙向板裂縫和長(zhǎng)期撓度的計(jì)算方法給出了意見(jiàn)。

FEM non-linear analysis of cracks and long-term crack deflection of two-way slab

Abstract:The basic theory of compressive concrete creep and the analysis model of the stiffness and hardening of cracked components caused by the tension between cracks were briefly described, and the theoretical backgrounds of the crack and deflection calculation provisions of GB 50010—2010, ACI 318-08 and EC 2∶2004 were interpreted. Among them, the EC 2∶2004 provides three design parameters reflecting creep and cracking stiffness to calculate the semi-empirical formula of crack width and long-term deflection, including creep coefficient   φ(t,t0), age-adjusted elasticity modulus E—c(t,t0) and stiffness interpolation coefficient ζ, and they are generally suitable to both beam and two-way slab. On the other hand, the direction of principal stresses changes in the two-way slab. With the plate-bending elements embedded  φ(t,t0),E—c(t,t0) and ζ, FEM  non-linear analysis is a general method of crack  and long-term crack deflection of  two-way slab. After listing the basic process of finite element non-linear analysis, as a calculation example, CSI.SAFE was used to complete the cross-section design of the basement column-supported bidirectional top slab and the calculation of the cracks in the service limit state and the long-term deflection, also the calculation method was compared with the slab-strip method. The method was compared. The applicability and limitations of the GB 50010—2010 and EC 2∶2004 for the calculation of cracks and deflection were verified, and opinions on the calculation methods of cracks and long-term deflection of two-way slabs were given.
