[摘要]結(jié)構(gòu)超長、復(fù)雜體型的地下室混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),具有較為顯著的溫度響應(yīng),在結(jié)構(gòu)分析、設(shè)計與施工階段需合理考慮環(huán)境溫差效應(yīng)。在綜合考慮施工進度、后澆帶設(shè)置、含地下室樁筏基礎(chǔ)有限約束剛度、依時溫差作用取值的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合混凝土收縮徐變時效特性等關(guān)鍵因素,建立了一套適用于地下室混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)溫差效應(yīng)分析的精細化仿真分析方法。基于所述方法,開展了東莞環(huán)球財富大廈地下室混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工及使用全壽命內(nèi)溫差效應(yīng)的定量分析,明確了結(jié)構(gòu)溫差作用下受力較不利構(gòu)件及變形較大部位,針對性提出結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計建議及施工控制措施,相關(guān)成果可為地下室混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供參考。

Analysis of temperature variation effects of basement concrete structure of Dongguan Global Fortune Building

Abstract:The basement concrete structure with super-long structure and complex shape has a relatively significant temperature response, and the environmental temperature variation effects needs to be considered in the structural analysis, design and construction stages. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of construction schedule, post-pouring zone setting, limited restraint stiffness of basement piled raft foundation, and time-dependent temperature difference, combined with key factors such as concrete shrinkage and creep aging characteristics, a set of refined simulation analysis method suitable for the analysis of the temperature variation effects of basement concrete structure was established. Based on the method described, a quantitative analysis of the temperature variation effects during the construction and service life of the basement concrete structure of Dongguan Global Fortune Building was carried out. It clarified the unfavorable components and the larger deformation parts under the effect of the temperature difference of the structure, and suggestions for structural optimization design and construction control measures were put forward, and the relevant results can provide references for the design of basement concrete structures.
