[摘要]結(jié)合先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力離心混凝土鋼絞線樁端板的特點(diǎn),提出了一種抱箍式U形連接卡箍的機(jī)械連接方法。通過(guò)對(duì)8根先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力離心混凝土鋼絞線樁試件進(jìn)行足尺度抗拉性能試驗(yàn),研究先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力離心混凝土鋼絞線樁及其機(jī)械連接接頭的抗拉承載力、變形延性及破壞特征等。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:樁身混凝土裂縫分布均勻且密集;試件的開(kāi)裂抗拉承載力、極限抗拉承載力試驗(yàn)值均大于相應(yīng)的理論計(jì)算值;破壞形式為樁身混凝土受拉后裂縫寬度超過(guò)限值或非預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋與端板拉脫;抱箍式U形連接卡箍安全可靠。

Experimental study on tensile performance of pretensioned prestressed centrifugal concrete steel stranded pile and its mechanical connection joints

Abstract:Combined with the characteristics of the end plates of the pretensioned prestressed centrifugal concrete steel strand piles, a mechanical connection method of the U-shaped connecting clamp with a hoop was proposed. The tensile bearing capacity, deformation ductility and failure characteristics of pretensioned prestressed centrifugal concrete steel strand piles and their mechanical connection joints were studied through the full-scale tensile performance test of eight specimens of pretensioned prestressed centrifugal concrete steel strand piles. The test results show that the crack distribution of pile concrete is uniform and dense. The test values of the cracking tensile bearing capacity, ultimate tensile bearing capacity of the specimens are both larger than the corresponding theoretical calculation values. The failure mode is that the crack width of pile concrete after being pulled exceeds the standard or the non-prestressed steel and end plate are pulled out. The U-shaped connecting clamp with a hoop is safe and reliable.
