某塔樓玻璃幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)模型試驗研究及有限元分析

[摘要]合肥高速·濱湖時代廣場C1#塔樓北立面在其高度為220m處設(shè)置有尺寸為27m×44m的單層平面索網(wǎng)幕墻,具有超高層、超大空間特征,風(fēng)荷載作用時平面外變形較大,其安全問題顯得尤為突出。為此,制作了縮尺比例為1:10的無玻璃和有玻璃兩種模型,分別對兩種模型進行了面外靜力加載試驗,分析了其在均布靜力荷載作用下的平面外變形和拉索內(nèi)力等靜力性能。試驗結(jié)果表明:有玻璃模型結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范對單層平面索網(wǎng)幕墻風(fēng)荷載作用下平面外變形要求,具有較高的安全性,玻璃對平面索網(wǎng)幕墻的剛度具有一定的貢獻。最后,采用ANSYS有限元軟件對試驗過程進行模擬,并通過對比數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和試驗數(shù)據(jù),驗證了數(shù)值模型的正確性。

Experimental study and finite element analysis on structural models of glass curtain walls of a tower

Abstract:A single-layer plane cable net curtain wall measuring 27m×44m is placed on the north facade of Hefei Highway Lakefront Times Square C1# building at the height of 220m. This curtain wall is featured with super high-rise and large space and the out-of-plane deformation is large when wind load acts, and its safety problem is particularly prominent. For this reason, two test models with a scale ratio of 1∶10, one with glass and one without glass, were produced and  out-of-plane static loading test were carried out on the two models respectively. The static performance of the out-of-plane deformation and internal force of the cable under uniform static load were analyzed. The experimental results show that the glass model structure meets the requirements of the specification for the out-of-plane deformation of the single-layer plane cable net curtain wall under wind load, and has high safety. Glass has a certain contribution to the rigidity of the plane cable net curtain wall. Finally, the ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the experimental process, and the correctness of the numerical model was verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the experimental data.
