[摘要]為研究對風雪荷載敏感的平面腹部凸出雙坡輕型房屋屋面的風致雪漂移規(guī)律,基于計算流體動力學原理和兩相流理論,運用CFD軟件進行數(shù)值建模,對立方體及高低屋面風致雪漂移分布進行數(shù)值模擬,并與實測數(shù)據(jù)進行對比,分析與探討參數(shù)選取及邊界條件設置。在此基礎上,以風向角(0°,45°,90°,135°,180°)、風速(5,7.5,10,12.5,15m/s)、屋面坡角(20°,31°,40°)為分析參數(shù),分別對不含凸出部分的雙坡房屋、凸出部分長短邊對應占主體長短邊尺寸的1/2及1/4的2種平面腹部凸出雙坡房屋,共計3種房屋屋面進行前期工況試算。在此基礎上,綜合雪漂移分布規(guī)律,為反映屋面各部分積雪分布特性進一步對房屋屋面進行細致分區(qū),共模擬195種工況的風致雪漂移運動,得到各工況下房屋屋面風致雪漂移分布規(guī)律及可供抗雪設計的各分區(qū)積雪分布系數(shù)。研究表明:對房屋屋面進行分區(qū),能更好地反映積雪沿屋脊長度方向的分布特性,分區(qū)后屋面中部的積雪分布系數(shù)值超過不分區(qū)約9%;腹部凸出區(qū)域對主體結構影響明顯,若僅參考單跨雙坡屋面積雪系數(shù)進行設計,存在安全隱患,設計中應予以注意。

Study on wind-induced snow drift of the flat abdomen protruding double-slope house roof

Abstract:In order to study the wind-induced snow drift law of the flat abdomen protruding double-slope light house roof sensitive to wind and snow load, based on the computational fluid dynamics principle and the two-phase flow theory, the CFD software was used for numerical modeling, and the numerical simulation on the distribution of wind-induced snow drift on cube and high and low roof was carried out and compared with measured data to analyze and discuss the parameter selection and boundary condition setting. On this basis, the wind direction angles (0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°), wind speed (5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15m/s), and roof slope angle (20°, 31°, 40°) were used as analysis parameters. Respectively, the double-slope houses without convex parts and two kinds of plane abdomen convex double-slope houses, which the long and short sides of the convex parts correspond occupying 1/2 and 1/4 of the length and short side of the main body, a total of three types of house roofs were tested for preliminary working conditions. On this basis, considering the comprehensive distribution law of snow drift, in order to reflect the distribution characteristics of the snow on each part of the roof, the roof of the house was further divided into details, and a total of 195 kinds conditions of wind-induced snow drifting motions were simulated. The distribution law of wind-induced snow drift on the roof of the house under each working conditions and the snow distribution coefficient of each zone available for snow resistance design were obtained. The research shows that the partitioning of the roof of the house can better reflect the distribution characteristics of the snow along the length of the ridge. The distribution coefficient of snow in the middle of the roof after partitioning is more 9% than that of the non-partition; the abdomen protruding area has obvious influence on the main structure. If the design only refers to the snow coefficient of the single-span double-slope house, there are safety hazards, and attention should be paid in the design.
