[摘要]西安咸陽國際機(jī)場旅客應(yīng)急分流轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心是為應(yīng)對新冠肺炎疫情而新建的應(yīng)急性建筑,從開工建設(shè)到交付使用需在7d之內(nèi)完成,為此,設(shè)計及施工均采取了非常規(guī)的措施,最終該項(xiàng)目僅用時5d建成。工程實(shí)踐表明,應(yīng)急性建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與常規(guī)條件下的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計存在諸多差異。對該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計做了詳細(xì)介紹,并對應(yīng)急性建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計做了深入分析與思考。最后,提出應(yīng)急性建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計應(yīng)以“安全適用、建造快捷、便于維護(hù)”為原則。

Practice and thinking on structural design of emergency buildings under the background of COVID-19

Abstract:The passenger emergency diversion and transfer center of Xi′an Xianyang International Airport is a newly-built emergency building in response to the COVID-19. It needs to be completed within 7 days from construction to delivery. For this reason, unconventional measures have been taken in design and construction. The project only took 5 days to complete. Engineering practice shows that there are many differences between the structural design of emergency buildings and the structural design under normal conditions. The structural design of the project was introduced in detail, and the structural design of the emergency building was analyzed and considered in depth. Finally, it was proposed that the structural design of emergency buildings should be based on the principle of "safety and application, quick construction, and easy maintenance".
