[摘要]珠海橫琴天沐琴臺項目為超長、超限建筑,地下室最大長度約465m,最大寬度約204m。地上分為兩個結(jié)構(gòu)單元,分別采用鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)。對結(jié)構(gòu)受力特點和超限情況進行闡述。采用多種有限元軟件對小震、中震、大震及風(fēng)荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件性能進行分析。分析結(jié)果表明,通過采取合理的加強措施,結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件能夠滿足設(shè)定的抗震性能目標。同時,對結(jié)構(gòu)的超長無縫設(shè)計進行了較為詳細的論述和分析,并采取了一系列的設(shè)計及施工措施。

Structual design of out-of-code building of Hengqin Tianmu Qintai in Zhuhai

Abstract: Hengqin Tianmu Qintai in Zhuhai project is a super-long and out-of-code building with a maximum basement length of 465m and a maximum width of 204m. There are two structural units above the ground, which are reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure and reinforced concrete frame structure respectively. The structural mechanism characteristics and out-of-code conditions were illustrated. A variety of finite element softwares were used to analyze the structure and component performance under the action of frequent, fortification, rare earthquakes and wind loads. The analysis results show that the structure and components can meet the set seismic performance target with reasonable strengthening measures. At the same time, the super-long seamless design of the structure was discussed and analyzed in detail, and a series of design and construction measures were adopted.
