[摘要]針對深圳太子廣場項目框架柱大量不連續(xù)的特點(diǎn),在框架-核心筒體系的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種新型的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,即下部框架-核心筒、上部桁架托換核心筒體系。論述了該體系結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的選型過程以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù),分析了轉(zhuǎn)換懸挑桁架、環(huán)桁架等關(guān)鍵部位的受力特性,并且針對該體系的受力特點(diǎn)采取了有針對性的加強(qiáng)措施。經(jīng)過理論分析和工程實(shí)踐證明,合理設(shè)計下,此體系具有較好的抗震性能,可為超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇提供一種新的方案。

Design and application of structural system of Shenzhen Prince Square Project

Abstract:In view of the large number of discontinuities in the frame columns of Shenzhen Prince Square Project, a new type of structural system was proposed based on the frame-corewall system, that is, the lower frame-corewall and the upper truss underpinning the corewall system. The structural system selection process and key technologies of the structural design of the system were discussed, and the mechanical characteristics of key parts such as the converted cantilever truss and ring truss were analyzed, and targeted strengthening measures were taken for the mechanical characteristics of the system. After theoretical analysis and engineering practice, it is proved that under reasonable design, this system has good seismic performance and can provide a new scheme for the structural system selection of the super high-rise building.
