[摘要]以鄭州某工程抗拔試樁單樁抗拔承載力試驗結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),針對抗拔樁抗拔承載力不足的情況,采用樁端樁側(cè)復(fù)式后注漿工藝來減小泥皮和沉渣對樁側(cè)摩阻力和端阻力的影響,從而提高樁抗拔承載力。對注漿結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并用經(jīng)驗公式計算。結(jié)果表明通過試驗驗證,由《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 94—2008)公式計算的注漿量可適當(dāng)減小。分析了有泥皮存在的情況下樁側(cè)摩阻力的減小以及注漿后樁側(cè)摩阻力的增強。最后對后注漿樁進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,證明了后注漿尤其是加強樁端后注漿能明顯提高抗拔樁承載力。

Study on experiment and simulation of post-grouting uplift piles in complex strata

Abstract:Based on test results of uplift bearing capacity of single uplift pile of a project in Zhengzhou, in view of the insufficient uplift bearing capacity of the uplift pile, the double-post grouting process of the pile end and pile side was adopted to reduce the influence of the mud and sediment on side friction resistance and end resistance of the pile, thereby improving uplift bearing capacity of the pile. The grouting results were analyzed and calculated by empirical formulas. The results show that normal grouting amount calculated by the formula of Technical specification for building pile foundations (JGJ 94—2008) can be appropriately reduced by experimental verification. The formula was used to analyze the reduction of pile side friction resistance and the enhancement of pile side friction resistance after grouting in the presence of mud. Finally, a numerical simulation of post-grouting piles was carried out, which proves that post-grouting, especially post-grouting to strengthen the pile end, can significantly improve the uplift bearing capacity of the uplift pile.
