[摘要]首先收集了17個(gè)U型金屬阻尼器的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)采用不同類型鋼材的U型金屬阻尼器的面內(nèi)受力性能進(jìn)行了分析和比較。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了分別適用于構(gòu)件層次分析和結(jié)構(gòu)層次分析的U型金屬阻尼器精細(xì)有限元模型和簡(jiǎn)化有限元模型的建模方法。結(jié)果表明:采用實(shí)體單元建立的精細(xì)有限元模型,既可較準(zhǔn)確地模擬出U型金屬阻尼器的荷載-位移滯回關(guān)系,又可以較好地反映其微觀損傷模式;建議的U型金屬阻尼器初始剛度和屈服荷載計(jì)算公式預(yù)測(cè)值與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較接近,且偏于安全,可用于簡(jiǎn)化模型骨架參數(shù)的確定;采用建議的簡(jiǎn)化有限元模型分析得到的試件荷載-位移滯回曲線與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。

Study on mechanical performance and numerical simulation analysis method of U-shaped metal damper

Abstract:Firstly, the experimental data of 17 U-shaped metal dampers were collected, and the in-plane mechanical performance of this type of dampers with different kinds of steel was analyzed and compared. Then the refined and simplified finite element modeling methods of U-shaped metal damper, which are suitable for the analysis on the member level and overall structure level respectively, were studied based on the collected data. The results indicate that: the refined finite element model established by solid element can simulate the load-displacement hysteresis relationship accurately, and also reflect the micro-damage mode of the U-shaped metal damper; the predicted values of initial stiffness and yielding load calculated by the proposed formulas are close to the test results, and relatively safer compared with the test results, the proposed formulas can be used in the determination of the skeleton parameters of the simplified model; the load-displacement hysteresis curves of the specimen calculated by the simplified finite element model coincide well with the test results.
