調(diào)頻減振系統(tǒng)和黏滯阻尼系統(tǒng)在超高層結(jié)構(gòu)中風(fēng)振控制性能的對比研究

[摘要]超高層建筑中常用的風(fēng)振控制措施主要包括調(diào)頻減振系統(tǒng)和黏滯阻尼系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)地闡述了兩種方案的基本原理、工程適用性以及參數(shù)取值,并結(jié)合實際項目較為全面地對比了其抗風(fēng)性能。雖然調(diào)頻減振系統(tǒng)在建筑功能的適應(yīng)度上和施工可實施性上都存在一定的不足,但作為結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)振控制措施仍不失為一種可取方案。黏滯阻尼系統(tǒng)不但可以提升結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)荷載下的舒適度,還能提升結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)荷載和地震作用下的剛度和強(qiáng)度,適應(yīng)了結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)對不同抗風(fēng)設(shè)防水準(zhǔn)的性能需求。結(jié)合高效的連接形式,黏滯阻尼系統(tǒng)是一種適用于高層、超高層建筑抗風(fēng)的高性能且經(jīng)濟(jì)的減振控制措施。

Comparative research of wind-induced vibration reduction performance of tuned mass damper and viscous fluid damper system in super high-rise buildings

Abstract:Tuned mass damper system and viscous fluid damper system are commonly used to reduce wind-induced vibration in super high-rise buildings. The basic principles, engineering applicability and parameter values of the two measures were clarified systematically, and the wind resistance performance of the two measures were compared comprehensively in combination with actual project. Although tuned mass damper system has deficiencies in meeting to building functions and construction feasibility, it is still a desirable solution as a wind-induced vibration reduction measure. Viscous fluid damper system can not only improve the comfort of the structure under wind loads, but also improve the stiffness and strength of the structure, adapting to the different wind resistance objectives of the structure. Combined with the efficient connection form, viscous fluid damper system is a high-performance and economical vibration reduction measure suitable for high-rise and super high-rise buildings.
