不同豎向鋼筋連接方式對(duì)裝配式剪力墻抗震性能的影響*

[摘要]對(duì)3片鋼筋混凝土剪力墻試件進(jìn)行低周往復(fù)加載試驗(yàn),其中1片為現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件,其余2片為豎向鋼筋采用不同連接方法的裝配式剪力墻試件。結(jié)果表明:裝配式剪力墻試件與現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件相比,其破壞模式有所區(qū)別,現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件表現(xiàn)為彎剪破壞,其余2片裝配式剪力墻試件表現(xiàn)為彎曲破壞;采用鍍鋅波紋管漿錨搭接和采用U型套箍搭接的連接方式傳遞鋼筋應(yīng)力效果良好,且采用這兩種連接方式的試件的位移延性系數(shù)和承載力比現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件更高,剛度和現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件相當(dāng),但耗能能力低于現(xiàn)澆剪力墻試件;基于試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)裝配式剪力墻的進(jìn)一步研究提出了建議,同時(shí)通過ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行有限元分析并對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,有限元模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果基本吻合。

Effects of seismic behavior of fabricated shear wall with different vertical reinforcement connection modes

Abstract:Three pieces of reinforced concrete shear wall specimens were subjected to low-cycle reciprocating loading tests, among which one piece was cast-in-place shear wall specimen and the other two pieces were fabricated shear wall specimens with different connecting methods for vertical reinforcements. The results show that the failure modes of the fabricated shear wall specimens are different from those of the fabricated shear wall specimens. The cast-in-place shear wall specimens show flexural shear failure, while the other two pieces of the fabricated shear wall specimens show flexural failure. The use of galvanized corrugated pipe slurry anchor overlap and the use of U-shaped hoop overlap method to transfer the stress of reinforcement are effective. Moreover, the displacement ductility coefficient and bearing capacity of the specimens using these two connection methods are higher than those of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens. The stiffness is similar to that of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens, but the energy dissipation capacity is lower than that of the cast-in-place shear wall specimens. Based on the test data, suggestions were proposed for further study of the fabricated shear wall. At the same time, finite element analysis was carried out by ABAQUS software and the test results were verified. The finite element simulation results were basically consistent with the test results.
