［摘要］天津中信城市廣場(chǎng)首開(kāi)區(qū)地下室平面尺寸為528m×73m，為超長(zhǎng)地下結(jié)構(gòu)，采用逆作法施工。樁基方案選型優(yōu)化確定采用框架柱與臨時(shí)立柱相結(jié)合的“一柱一樁”方案，對(duì)逆作結(jié)構(gòu)連接的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析，考慮了超長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度效應(yīng)，并采取相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)措施。工程監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)沉降均勻穩(wěn)定，樓板未出現(xiàn)明顯的溫度裂縫，達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)期。

Structural design of basement in the First Phase Project of Tianjin CITIC City Plaza

Abstract:The plan size of the basement in the First Phase Project of Tianjin CITIC City Plaza is 528m×73m. It is an ultra-long basement structure and was constructed by top-down construction method. The selection of pile foundation scheme was optimized and determined to adopt the “one column one pile” scheme combining frame columns and temporary columns. The key nodes of the top-down structure connection were analyzed, the temperature effect of the ultra-long structure was considered, and corresponding design measures were taken. The engineering monitoring results show that the structural settlement is uniform and stable, and there are no obvious temperature cracks in the floor, which meet the design expectations.
