[摘要]許昌建安文化廣場(chǎng)造型奇特、雄偉,其地上部分通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)縫分為西南大底盤(pán)雙塔、東南影廳和北面多層三部分,其中西南大底盤(pán)雙塔和東南影廳均屬于特別不規(guī)則的超限高層,存在多個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。首先對(duì)西南大底盤(pán)雙塔的結(jié)構(gòu)體系及其存在的凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)等不規(guī)則狀況,和東南影廳頂層規(guī)則大空間設(shè)計(jì)等情況做了較為詳細(xì)的介紹,并在概念設(shè)計(jì)上采取了一系列針對(duì)性措施和處理方法;在此基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)闡述了西南雙塔抗震等級(jí)的確定,并進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)要陳述了常規(guī)小震彈性對(duì)比分析、小震彈性時(shí)程分析、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的性能化設(shè)計(jì)以及整體結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力彈塑性分析等一系列設(shè)計(jì)分析內(nèi)容。分析結(jié)果表明,該項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of Xuchang Jian′an Cultural Square

Abstract:Xuchang Jian′an Cultural Square has a peculiar and magnificent shape. The overground part is divided by structural joints into three parts, namely, the large-chassis twin-tower structure in the southwest position, the southeast film hall and the multi-story building in the north position. Among them, the large-chassis twin-tower structure in the southwest position and the southeast film hall are all particularly irregular out-of-code high-rise buildings, and there are many key points and difficulties in the design. First of all, a detailed introduction was made to the structural system of the southwest large-chassis twin-tower structure and its irregularities such as concave convex irregularities and discontinuous floors, as well as the regular and large space design of the top floor of the southeast film hall, and a series of targeted measures and treatment methods were presented in conceptual design. On this basis, the determination of the seismic grade of the large-chassis twin-tower structure in the southwest position was elaborated, and a series of design analysis contents were conducted including the conventional elastic comparison analysis under frequent earthquakes, elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquakes, and performance-based design of key components and dynamic elastoplastic analysis of overall structure. The analysis results show that the structure of the project has good seismic performance.
