玄武巖纖維混凝土受拉性能試驗研究與分析*

[摘要]通過不同體積摻量(0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%,0.6%)的玄武巖纖維混凝土直接拉伸試驗,得到玄武巖纖維混凝土的受拉應力-應變全曲線,對比試驗現象、破壞形態(tài)、抗拉強度、彈性模量、斷裂能、裂縫寬度、特征長度,運用擬合回歸的方法得到玄武巖纖維混凝土受拉狀態(tài)下的各性能參數與玄武巖纖維體積摻量之間的關系式,并結合Hillerborg提出的特征長度的概念,對玄武巖纖維混凝土的韌性性能和抗裂性能進行研究。研究結果表明,玄武巖纖維的摻入可以提高混凝土的抗拉強度,并改善混凝土的韌性性能和抗裂性能。

Experimental study and analysis on tensile performance of basalt fiber concrete

Abstract:By direct tensile test of basalt fiber concrete with different volume content (0%, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%), the tensile stress-strain curve of basalt fiber concrete was obtained. Combining with the experimental phenomenon, failure form, tensile strength, elastic modulus, fracture energy, crack width and characteristic length, the relationship between the performance parameters of the basalt fiber concrete under tension and the volume content of basalt fiber was obtained with the method of fitting regression to obtain. The toughness and crack resistance of basalt fiber reinforced concrete were studied based on the concept of characteristic length proposed by Hillerborg. The results show that the addition of basalt fibers can improve the tensile strength of concrete and improve the toughness and crack resistance of concrete.
