現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓蓋施工質(zhì)量檢測(cè)與分析*

[摘要]針對(duì)空心樓蓋的內(nèi)部構(gòu)造特點(diǎn),提出了以天線(xiàn)頻率為1 500MHz的雷達(dá)檢測(cè)薄板及分析方法,該方法能較準(zhǔn)確地確定空心樓蓋下翼緣薄板因振搗不充分而導(dǎo)致的不密實(shí)區(qū)的位置及延伸范圍,可供類(lèi)似工程采用。檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明,空心樓蓋因芯模阻擋,極易造成下翼緣薄板不密實(shí)、空腔等嚴(yán)重的混凝土施工質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管施工過(guò)程。同時(shí),有限元分析結(jié)果表明,這種下翼緣薄板不密實(shí)和空腔等施工質(zhì)量問(wèn)題將顯著增加結(jié)構(gòu)變形和應(yīng)力,嚴(yán)重影響結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能,亟需進(jìn)行加固處理以確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全。

Construction quality inspection and analysis of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor

Abstract:Aiming at the internal structural characteristics of the hollow floor, a radar detection and analysis method for the thin slab with an antenna frequency of 1 500MHz was proposed. This method can more accurately determine the uncompacted location and extension of the lower flange thin slab of the hollow floor caused by the inadequate vibration, and it can be used in similar projects. The test results show that the hollow floor is blocked by mandrels, it is easily lead to serious concrete construction quality problems such as uncompacted area and cavity of the lower flange thin slab. So construction progress should be strictly supervised on the site of construction. At the same time, the finite element analysis results show that the construction quality problem such as uncompacted area and cavity of the lower flange thin slab will significantly increase the deformation and stress of the structure, and have seriously negative effect on the mechanical properties of the structure. Therefore, reinforcement treatment is urgently needed to ensure the safety of the structure.
