[摘要]既有結(jié)構(gòu)中現(xiàn)存預(yù)應(yīng)力的大小是預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)加固修復(fù)的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。對(duì)鉆孔法和超聲波法檢測(cè)混凝土現(xiàn)存應(yīng)力的適用性和精度進(jìn)行了探討;針對(duì)某預(yù)應(yīng)力框架密肋梁板結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況,采用特制工裝拉離錨頭的方法檢測(cè)原有鋼絞線的現(xiàn)存預(yù)應(yīng)力,采用特制的開口鋼墊板或鋼墊圈對(duì)原有預(yù)應(yīng)力大小不確定的鋼絞線補(bǔ)張拉至確定的應(yīng)力值,通過PKPM鑒定加固模塊進(jìn)行整體建模分析,對(duì)體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固方案中有效荷載對(duì)主梁的協(xié)調(diào)扭矩的影響進(jìn)行了分析,提出了合理的加固修復(fù)方案。

Research on existing prestress detection and reinforcement and repair scheme of a prestressed reinforced concrete frame

Abstract:The value of existing prestress in existing structures is a key index for strengthening and repairing of prestressed reinforced concrete frame structures. The applicability and accuracy of drilling method and ultrasonic method to detect existing stress of concrete were discussed. According to the site condition of a prestressed frame rib beam slab structure, existing prestress of the original steel strand, was detected by pulling the anchor head with special tools. The special opening steel plates or steel washers were used to re-tension the original steel strands with uncertain prestress to a certain stress value. The PKPM identification reinforcement module was used to carry out overall modeling analysis, the influence of the effective load on the coordinated torque of the main beam in the external prestressed reinforcement scheme was analyzed, and reasonable reinforcement and repair scheme was proposed.
